Charlie McNichol

Charlie McNichol brings more than twenty years of law enforcement experience
to his Jails On Demand leadership role with the The DRC Group. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, 180th session in 1995.
Charlie worked his way up through the ranks in the Daphne, Alabama Police Department where he obtained the rank of Captain and served
as Assistant Chief of Police.
After sixteen years he joined the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Mobile serving as Law Enforcement Coordinator.
In this capacity he worked with Sheriffs and Police Chiefs all over the state, most particularly in the Southern District of Alabama.
